How to become a good lawyer.

After completing higher secondary, you should complete your graduation from law stream. LLB can also be done with some other undergraduate courses like BA,BBA,B.com etc.

You can complete your graduation from any subject and should also do LLB. There are many colleges which offer this course together and it takes around 5 years to complete this course. Apart from this, there are also many foreign colleges which offer different courses for law students.

If you are one of those who love to fight for the truth, then you can join this profession. Sometimes we see ourselves in these messes even when they are right, but due to lack of evidence and some social forces, they have to suffer. In such cases, this profession can prove to be really helpful and you can work as a professional lawyer or even under social service.

Law helps to deal with many kinds of problems. Sometimes, many of us have no idea about what we should do in a matter and after some time they forget it. In fact, any person can fight for even one rupee, but very few of us know about the right ways and in such a situation they forget.

Every person has a different goal in life in which people are more interested, i.e doctors, teachers, engineers, soldiers, etc. By becoming a successful lawyer, one can give justice to all the people of the country and their rights.

According to the constitution, there is a three-layered court system in the Indian judicial system. The Supreme Court, High Court and Lower Court. To become a district judge, you must have a bachelor’s degree in law. Along with this, you must have seven years of experience of practicing law. After that, you can sit in the exam. The Judicial Services Examination, District or Subordinate Court Examination is organized by the State Public Service Commission in every state of India.

Law is not just a profession. It is a medium through which one can serve your nation & people.

The law is not just about rules & regulations. Law is also about rights, justice & understanding of human behavior & society. One should choose law because it helps in improving one’s standard of thoughts, skills & knowledge. And it also provides the courage & support of others in which they can stand for the rights of others & ours too.

By becoming a lawyer, you cannot represent any client in the court or you cannot fight anyone’s case, why you will also understand this in a while, the second turn is the barrister to tell you that if you have obtained a law degree in India Is. You become a lawyer. On the other hand, if you have obtained a degree by studying law in England or in South Africa, then you become a barrister. Only the term is different, the meaning of both the rest is same and like lawyer, barrister cannot represent any client in court. Or don’t fight their cases.

After that you will be able to enroll yourself there, after that you will get license to practice in court from BCI and you will become advocate by promoting lawyer means advocate, so now you can understand that if a person considers himself as advocate or otherwise So the lawyer tells. It means that he has the license to practice in the court and he can represent the client in the court and fight his cases, so friends basically this is the difference.

Advocates and lawyers who are lawyers, they have only and only law degree or they have barrister. They have a login degree but they cannot fight cases in court or represent the client in court, those who are advocates or advocates are enrolled in Bar Council and they have license to practice in court.
