what motivates you to become an IAS officer ?

Jai Hind so friends in today’s session we will talk about five motivational reasons because of which IAS job itself is a unique job in our country due to which you motivate yourself. To become an IAS officer, we will not talk about any blind motivation, the way you watch a lot of videos nowadays on social media platforms, in which you are just motivate by showing an outer layer, we will not talk about that kind of motivation. We will talk about practical motivation like this. Those that really do exist within the job and if those factors are a priority for you

You want your career to be like this in which such factors are there, then definitely you can aim to become an IAS officer first and foremost. What is? The first factor is diversity. The diversity of this square in itself makes this job unique. The level of diversity you will get in this job, you will not find this level of diversity in any other job in our country.

(1) Here you have to understand the diversity that how diversity factor makes this job unique. If you talk about any other job, whether it is private sector job, corporate sector job, or any other government job, elite services job, IFS, IPS, IRS, railways jobs. ,. In the sector which is the jobs of civil services within the Ministry of Defense, if you talk about all these then it is a dedicated sector jobs. IAS is such a job in which you by default will work in different fields throughout your career. department.

You will work under someone else, if you are doing a job in allies services, then you have to make a separate effort, you will have to go to deputation, for that you will have to put effort that okay I have to go on deputation somewhere else for five years, someone else I have to take level exposure, in some other department, in some other ministry, in some state. If you want to take it, then you will have to put a little effort out of the box, you will have to put effort, it is not so here, here you have to by default as part of your career in different fields, in different sectors in different departments. Which in itself will give you a lot of diversify. Ka will make over the time.

(2) We are doing a job in any sector, whether we are doing a job in the private sector, in any government job, whether we are doing business, whatever we are doing, we are always in a direct or indirect way in our country. Contribute to the growth of business even if you are doing a business, if you are paying tax every year, then somewhere you are. I will not say that all the posts, some posts are such where you contribute indirectly, just like a light services people who are in light services, that too one. They are serving the government from here, so many times they do not have direct public interaction, but they are also fulfilling their important role.

(3) Well, being an IAS, you will get many opportunities, especially the posts like SDM’s ADC’s DC’s DM’s posts in these posts. You can do social service in a very impactful way, it reflects, it is visible in front, you will stand on the spot and you will take such action which will change someone’s life. You will be satisfied when you come home, man, because of me, happiness came on the face of that person, seeing his satisfaction, there is satisfaction somewhere inside you. If it increases then there are many ways to do social service but you get a chance to do social service in a direct impactful way in this job and apart from this there are some other jobs which are available but now we are talking about IAS only.

(4) The third important sector is the great level of exposure, there is no match, the level of exposure you get here is not a match for the rest of the elite services but expose here. You will also have a different level of diversity. Not going to be found in service. And somewhere this exposure makes you a mature person very fast, maturity comes very fast in you although we can never say at any stage in life that we should be a perfectly matured person because after five years you will again It would seem that five years ago I was very immature but I am talking about the rate of maturity.

(5) There will be challenges of good level and you will be thinking multidimensionally. To tackle those challenges, it is also a very important factor which is helpful in bringing maturity in you. There is no need to tell any background, nothing just an IAS. The officer said the same story ended. So, friends, there can be more motivational factors to become an IAS officer, but the factors that I have evaluated practically, the most important five factors, they have come out according to me. I will discuss that because of which you have to become an IAS officer. One should not aim there may be some myths because of which you think that yes it is okay

If I become an IAS officer then I will achieve this or I will get something like this things can happen but we will discuss about those things such factors because of which you should not dream to become an IAS officer then friends I hope. You must have definitely got some positive motivation from today’s session, if you are already preparing for UPSC and if you are confused and still have not been able to decide whether I should prepare or not, if I should aim to become an IAS officer or not, then perhaps today You have got some clarity from the session but before taking the final decision.

Keep working hard and always take care of your health as well Jai Hind.

Thank you.
